Automating the Boring, Empowering the Human

I believe that if a process is repetitive, it's an opportunity for innovation. Throughout my career, I've been obsessed with how we can use machines to help us work better, faster, and more accurately. My passion is rooted in optimization; I love diving into complex linguistic workflows to find the exact spot where technology can turn hours of manual effort into minutes of automated "magic." While technology moves fast, language remains deeply human, and I take pride in standing right in the middle of that intersection.

It's easy to get lost in the buzzwords, so I focus on what actually delivers value: building intelligent workflows rather than just using tools. From refining prompts for LLMs to designing entirely new AI use cases, I am constantly looking for ways to leverage Generative AI to solve customer problems faster and smarter. However, I know that automation is useless if people can't use it. That is why a huge part of my role is translating complex AI concepts into clear, actionable strategies for stakeholders and acting as a bridge between teams and technology to turn real-world challenges into practical production solutions.

I am a firm believer in "learning out loud." To ensure I stay at the forefront of this rapidly evolving field, I am constantly experimenting with new tools and completing advanced training, such as my recent Master's in AI and Innovation. But for me, the process isn't complete until the knowledge is shared. Whether I am teaching Prompt Engineering or collaborating on AI solutions for the localization industry, I am always excited to connect with others who are geeky about process automation.
